Terms of Service

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are the lawful owner of the bottles you offer, free of any liens or third-party claims.
• Selling from your state to a licensed buyer in Washington, DC is not prohibited for you; we help you check this before anything ships.

Submitting a bottle list is free and creates no obligation on either side. A quote from us is an offer to purchase, conditioned on inspection; it isn’t a binding sale until you accept it and we verify your bottles on arrival. Quotes reflect the market at the time we send them and may lapse if the market moves or after a stated expiry.

When you accept an offer, you confirm that:

• Your descriptions and photos are accurate,
• the bottles are authentic to the best of your knowledge, sealed, and unopened,
• you own them outright and may lawfully sell them.

We send a packing kit and prepaid, fully insured shipping labels at our cost. Your bottles are insured from your doorstep to our warehouse. If a bottle is damaged or lost in transit on our labels, we pay you the full quoted amount for it. Transit risk on our labels is ours, not yours.

Every shipment is inspected at our licensed premises. If everything matches your list, we issue payment by your chosen method after inspection. Most sellers are paid within five to seven days of first contact.

If something doesn’t match (condition, authenticity, or a different bottle than listed), we’ll contact you with an adjusted offer. You can accept it or decline. If you decline, we return the affected bottles to you, insured, at our cost.

Home-distilled or infused spirits, miniatures, opened or broken bottles, bottles with compromised seals or labels, and anything we cannot lawfully purchase from your state. Sending prohibited items doesn’t create an obligation to buy them; we’ll arrange their return.

Accounts are optional. Keep your credentials to yourself and your information accurate; you’re responsible for activity under your login. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Referral rewards are honored manually at our discretion, have no cash value until issued, and the program may be changed or ended at any time. Self-referrals and fake accounts don’t qualify.

The site, its text, photos, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Photos of bottles we’ve purchased are ours to display. Don’t scrape, copy, or reuse site content commercially without permission.

The site is provided “as is.” Quotes are opinions of value, not appraisals for insurance or tax purposes. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any transaction is limited to the amounts payable to you for that transaction, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
