Pack it once, pack it right.
Shipping whiskey feels scarier than it is. Watch our two-minute packing walkthrough, follow the steps below, and remember the safety net under all of it: every shipment on our labels is insured door to door. If a bottle breaks in transit, you’re still paid the full quoted amount.
Our actual packing process, start to finish. Worth watching before you pack anything.
Kit, box, pack, send.
- 1
Start with your kit
Once you accept our offer, we'll mail you a shipping kit containing a shipping box, foam bottle protectors, and a prepaid return label. No extra purchases required.

- 2
Opening your box
Open your kit carefully, you will use this same box to send your bottles back to us.

- 3
Pack and seal
Place each bottle securely inside the foam protectors. Tape the box shut and adhere the provided return label directly over the original label.

- 4
Sending the box
Drop off your box at any UPS Store or authorized UPS drop-off location. Everything is pre-paid, so you can skip the line and drop off your package without waiting.

Heat Warning
During warm summer months, we recommend dropping off packages on Monday or Tuesday. This prevents your bottles from sitting in non-climate-controlled shipping facilities over the weekend.
Insured door to door
Coverage starts when the carrier scans the label at your door and runs until it's on our intake table (both directions, if a deal doesn't close).
Breakage is on us
A bottle broken in transit on our label still pays out at the full quoted amount. The claim is our paperwork, never yours.
Cleared to ship
Alcohol moves through the carrier's own alcohol shipping program on our account, a door an individual can't open alone.
The kit ships after the offer.
First things first: send your list, get your number, and the packing kit (with everything above included) follows when you accept. Most quotes returned within 24 hours.
- Quotes within 48 hours, guaranteed
- Insured shipping both ways, on us
- No fees taken from your payout, ever
